Renovation of Protected Housing Complex Ketelhuisplein Amsterdam

The existing building on Ketelhuisplein was completely stripped. The building has various residential facilities for residents with a long-term psychiatric background. We delivered the design for the renovation of the building. A new entrance with reception, a house with pantry and bathroom, a shared living room, a community room, a medicine room, office functions, a room for laundry and linen and a general storage area have been realized.

The result is a building that meets contemporary (sustainability) requirements where it is pleasant to work and live. After completion, the building houses a total of 31 apartments.

The surrounding grounds have also been redecorated.
