As part of the area development of Stadionpark/Feyenoord City, we designed the new GAMMA P+R Noorderhelling building in Rotterdam. The design is future-proof and sustainable. In addition to the utmost technical safety, we designed the car park in such a way that everyone feels optimally safe in the garage. In total 500 parking spaces and 18 charging stations for electric cars have been built. In the plinth of the building, a new building materials store for GAMMA has been realized. The entire building has been designed in a clear and safe manner.
