This 70-meter-high Multi Identity Tower was designed to meet the growing demand for smaller, independent office spaces with a strong corporate identity. Each floor features a unique exterior design, giving every level its own character. Thanks to its size and dedicated facilities, each floor is perfectly suited as an autonomous office space for smaller businesses.

One of the building’s most distinctive features is its fully automated shuttle parking system. This innovative solution stores cars in a warehouse using a transport mechanism, making De Splinter the first office building in the Netherlands to implement such a system. Despite limited space, this technology enabled the creation of 22 parking spots.

De Splinter stands 70 meters tall with 18 floors and includes retail space on the ground level. Its name derives from the architectural concept of the “Sliver” building form, commonly used in dense urban environments, symbolizing its sleek and slender design.
